The built-in handle helps users up to 250 lbs. maintain balance between the speeds of 1/2 - 6 mph for easy walking or jogging pace. It has two exercise programs built-in, and the 2" x 3/4" orange-backlit LCD tracks time, speed, distance, and calories. A built-in thumb sensor measures heart rate.
